I've explained this in the past. Breibart is a legitimate website. So is Huff, Fox, MSNBC, Rense, NBC, Before Its News, ABC, Daily Caller, etc, etc, etc.

Just because someone does not like the facts presented does not mean it's not a legitimate site.

The humanitarian aid has been sent to these regions repeatedly over decades to help in rebuilding efforts. Guess you could could call it a kind of pathological guilt trip the US has been on for their role as chief enabler of these ungodly cycles of violence.
