Freezes Iranian nuclear program for 10+ years
Rolls back uranium enrichment to few centrifuges.
1. In terms of enforcement there is access to international inspectors.
2. If Iran is found to not be in compliance, sanctions can rebegin.
Iran leader under immense domestic pressure. Unemployment, oil prices down, inflation. No hope amongst the youth for development and future in their country with the sanctions in place.
IMO, the repairs to the economy and reestablishment of hope and future for the youth is one of the most important aspects, particularly in this region where Islamic radicals are scooping up disillusioned youth to fight for ISIS.

This is not Korea. Iran is an open society (by comparison with Korean, by far) with a population that wants to develop, within its own parameters (i.e. religion and culture) just like the West. The region also has extreme threats to Iran's borders that Korea does not experience, and, thus, they have much more interest in compliance and participation in a world market.
The U.S. must quit approaching all world policy in terms of how we live, i.e. imposing our form of capitalism and culture on every country that we encounter, insisting that they must live as we live or they must not live.
