I am so glad we will be getting our jobs back from India

Posted: Nov 9, 2016

I am going to need employer-based insurance when you repeal the ACA on day #1.

I was planning on retiring at 62 - 3-1/2 more years of being a MTSO slave

I was hoping to get on Obamacare so I could give my eyes, hands and legs a break from this job. Now I will have to wait until I am Medicare eligible--if there still is a Medicare in 3+ years.

they have complete control now. we are at their mercy.

Don't think that way. Don't be dependent on the gvt, - be independent. You have more control

Nothing is free. We all need to work together to get our country back on track so we can afford to take care of those that can't take care of themselves. The money pool is almost dry and then we are all screwed. Bring out jobs back Mr. Trump, put people to work..Give them a sense of pride so they don't enjoy burning their communities to the ground and looting in the name of some bogus narrative...

People dependent on gvt never learn their potential because they don't have to.

Thank GOD!!!!! WE did it - nm

Jobs back from India?? - Anon MT

hahahaha, if you seriously think the ACA will be repealed on day 1, you're out of your mind! A year from now, all the people that believed that misogynistic, racist hate monger will return their jobs to them and have a new better insurance plan in place day 1...you're destined to be awakened by the reality that he will do nothing for you. He and his family all have work done in other countries...why is he not providing work here for all his wares? Hmmmmm, yea, keep being sheeple and listening to him.

Maybe you're right - Maybe you're not!

One thing we know for certain is that Hillary would have continued the status quo, only worse. If you paid attention to the things she said instead of feeling all warm and mushy because she has female genitalia, you would be aware that she promised to bring in hundreds of thousands of middle eastern refugees and allow massive numbers of people to continue to cross our southern border, she promised a continuation of sending our jobs overseas, not to mention major tax increases, and regulation of our businesses, that is, the businesses that have not yet left our shores.

At least with Donald Trump we have a hope for a reversal of these destructive policies and a reduction in business-destroying regulations, etc. I for one intend to do my part to see to it that he will keep his promises, as should we all.

There IS real hope that our jobs will come back to us. There was none with Hillary.

If you paid attention and listened to what the candidates were really saying, you would know this, and be in better spirits.

I am actually not a Hilary supporter either.. I was specifically speaking to the OP about jobs back from India. I do not think that's going to happen any time soon, but to think that anything will happen day #1 is being blind to the reality that he is not able to do all this on his own without any input from congress and/or the senate, then we're all screwed aren't we? I have no warm and fuzzies for Hilary or Donald...they're both bad choices either way you went. We, as the middle class, will suffer...yes, from either one. We all need to open our eyes to what the reality will be, not what anyone said in order to get elected. Please don't insult my intelligence and assume that i'm a Hilary supporter. I'm in the world of reality and the jobs will not be coming back, not ever. There is no incentive to bring them back...nothing...for anyone.
but, Trump said he would bring back the jobs! - nm

Yes, bring them back Trump - promises

Or did you make empty promises like politicians do to get elected? I thought you were different, a breath of fresh air making America Great Again (it was always great). Bring back all of our jobs. Will your clothing line have Made In America on the labels now? Good?!

and all those Trump - shirt and tie factories

Factory Jobs Are Coming Back!Sep 28, 2010
Biggest gain in decades. This is the sign I've been looking for. New and used home sales are up--in some regions. Hopefully this goes to an increase in consumer confidence. Excellent article. ========================== NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- As the labor market continues to struggle, one surprising bright spot stands out amid the list of battered industries -- factory jobs. Manufacturing employment began its decline long before the recession, losing jobs every year since 1998. ...

So, Is Trump Going To Bring MT Jobs Back?Dec 04, 2016
He keeps bragging about manufacturing jobs, how about our jobs.   Every MT needs to send the Orange Buffoon a letter to bring our jobs back and stop off-shoring Medical Records.  Personally, I think it's all a big publicity stunt, but hey let's get him to pull one for us too.    ...

The Creative Working Class Are Bringing Jobs Back. Mar 29, 2017
grab more headlines, there’s another “Made in America” story to be told. There’s a harkening back to the days of craftsmanship — and there is a groundswell of interest and entrepreneurship surrounding skills and trades. Legions of people seek work that calls for the use of their hands. Men and women of all ages crave a job that allows them to create something physically. They want to make their own products. American making and doing is strong. Maybe it’s the word “manufactur ...

Unbalanced Trade With India?Nov 06, 2010
Is India going to be the 'new China'? It sounds like it with all the CEOs wanting to do business there with low labor costs. I'm thinking outsoursing MT work was just the beginning and we can yell all we want about it but our voices will be ignored. Although the headline states 'both sides hope to expand ties', with the low pay in India, how will they ever be able to afford American goods? I think this will turn out to be another one-sided deal, with the U.S. losing agai ...

Importing Professionals From India For WorkforceNov 01, 2012
I was listening to a Chamber of Commerce guy talking about business last night.  He was saying he would like to infuse more talent from India into our state (by bringing Indian workers here).  He was talking about professionals, not factory and industrial workers).  Okay.  Maybe it is time to address the question, what do the Indian workers bring here that we do not have?  I understand the outsourcing being cheap labor, but why are there so many Indian doctors, ...

Hillary Praised Outsourcing To India And Got $5 MillionJul 28, 2016
