voting for Hillary, because if she is elected and becomes too incapacitated to function, I think Tim Kaine will make a fine president. I want anybody but Trump in the White House, and I also want a Democrat. Fire Away.
I was with you til you got to Kaine replacing Clinton. - The man has Swiss cheese for brains.

I'll never understand him being selected for the VP candidate, out of all the better choices available.
Do you have specific facts. sm - Anon

you are using as the basis for your Swiss cheese for brains statement? I'd like to hear them. Or is it just an overall impression you have gotten from short news bites you've seen (some of which may have been taken out of context)? He may be smarter than you think if you care to delve into his background using fact-based resources.
I'm with you. Only chance I see for anything but a horrible outcome - sm

for the country from this election is that whichever one wins, they die in office soon thereafter. Impeachment would be my 2nd choice, but that's uncertain and also likely to be dragged out. Nope, I'm for death within 3 months either way.

Help With My Daughter's IllnessOct 04, 2011My daughter is 38 and puts off going to the doctor like her Mom does. A couple of weeks ago, she went to doc because she had been bleeding in-between her periods, but also very heavy menstrual cycles, to the point of being anemic. She also was having pressure and pain in her abdomen.
She was found to have a tumor/fibroid about the size of a cantaloupe in/on her uterus. She went for biopsy yesterday and they could not pass scope due to its size and pressure on other organs.&nbs ...

Anyone Have Mental Illness In Their Family? May 02, 2012My daughter seems to be bipolar. I say seems because she has never gone for counseling and not officially diagnosed as such. With that being said, we do have a strong history of mental illness in our family and I know it is hereditary. My mother had major depressive disorder and was a "mess" all her life. She attempted suicide numerous times and was not there for us at all when we were young. I see these signs going on in my daughter, but maybe worse. She is m ...

The Cleveland Clinic, long considered a premier medical system, is gaining new renown for innovation in improving the quality of care while holding down costs.

Coping With Addiction/mental IllnessApr 27, 2015My son and DIL recently went through a divorce. She has bipolar compounded by alcoholism and addictions to prescription and recreational drugs. He coped as best he could, but throughout their 6 year marriage she attempted suicide 5 times, is a cutter, and twice became wreckless with a gun to the point that authorities including a SWAT team became involved. My son is active duty AF, living on base. At one point she was banned from the base before the divorce and had to get an apartment of her own ...

Medical Question - Does Anyone Know? (sm)Apr 27, 2013I know you can get muscle and joint aches and pains with statin drugs. My question is, and I can't find this anywhere, is - I've been taking atorvastatin for about 10 months now, and I've only started having aches and cramps in my legs for about 3 months. Has anyone heard of it taking that long before the pain starts? (I stopped taking it for 3 weeks to see if the pain would stop, and it didn't, so I started taking them again). I'm going to a ...

Should I Mention About A Possible Medical Issue Or NotDec 27, 2009Some time back I mentioned to my DIL that her father should get his heart checked out. I noticed he had creases in his earlobes. The reason I mentioned is was for the fact I had a cardiologist who says this over and over in dictations, then when studying further found it could mean heart problems. Well, you would have thought I had tried to kill someone, everyone sprang into action stating there was nothing wrong with him at all. Fast forward a few years, DIL's father just recovering from q ...

Medical Transcription And ChemotherapyFeb 02, 2013I have a question for any MT who is undergone chemotherapy.
About a year ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. I underwent extensive abdominal surgery to remove the tumor and had a very difficult and prolonged recovery time.
