No one is government is supposed to profit from his position. By not divesting from his properties, he was in violation of the constitution from day 1. This will have to go through the courts so it will take time but I'm sure there will be more before then. His administration is also trying to silence the press which is indeed a violation of the Bill of Rights. By the way, I said "trying." Whether he succeeds or not remains to be seen.
