Not a fan of Putin but he sure made some sense last night and definitely was prepared.

Megyn Kelly gets outmaneuvered by Vladimir Putin on her NBC premiere 'Sunday Night'

Here are some comments about our intelligence and Russian interference in election:

Did Russia hack the U.S. election, she asked, pointing out that U.S. intelligence agencies had found ample evidence, “fingerprints,” that it had meddled.

“What fingerprints, hoof prints, horn prints?,” he answered dismissively. “What are you talking about? … It could come from your home IP address, as if your daughter carried out the attack.”

Then the former KGB agent floated a Cold War conspiracy theory about U.S. dirty tricks.

“There is a theory that Kennedy’s assassination was arranged by the U.S. intelligence services,” he said, “so if this theory is correct and can’t be ruled out, then what could be easier in this day and age than using all the technical means at the disposal of intelligence services … [to point] the finger at Russia?”

I missed it and was searching for clips.

Putin dismissed the hacking allegations "idle prattle," "harmful" and issued his latest flat-out denial that Russia was behind the hacking.

"We didn't do this. Stop this!" he said.

Putin blamed the allegations on "internal political bickering."

He said: "There is no specific evidence, no facts, just assumptions, allegations and conclusions based on those allegations nothing more."

Kelly was definitely out of her league. - But she tried.

Are we supposed to believe him just because he said he didn't do it? The fact is we don't know yet because there is an investigation going on. Maybe he's outwitted all of those who believe he didn't have anything to do with it.

You need to see the WHOLE interview - those are small quotes.

He made some logical sense.

Maybe we can find out what Hillary knows too because she apparently allegedly has sources who informed her Macedonia had a part to play in her loss of the election.

In further denying Russia’s role in the 2016 election, Putin said he “doesn’t care” who the president is.

“Presidents come and go, and even the parties in power change, but the main political direction does not change … That’s why, in the grand scheme of things, we don’t care who’s the head of the United States,” Putin said. “We know more or less what is going to happen.”

What did you expect? - Putin is way out of Kelly's class

She did try, however, and she sounded reasonably well prepared, but this guy is a real pro. Did she think she was going to get any real information out of Putin? She didn't stand a chance.

Not only did she not get info from Putin - but she allowed him to use logic

to make his case and to tell you the truth, it made sense.

I am not pro Putin or pro Russia but I always thought this Russian thing was sour grapes coming from the losing party, an excuse why they lost.

Putin made the case for that sour grapes theory of mine.

We will see very soon as this investigation goes on and Comey makes his appearance to testify on Thursday.

He spent his adult life as a high ranking KGB agent and then leader of Russia - He is a spy and knows how to answer questions and lie about anything without anyone knowing. I think she held her own with him. She did not back own. She was respectful, but kept asking the same questions. He gives me the creeps. He was acting bored and like we are all too stupid to make such outrageous accusations against him.

The fact is he made some very valid points - food for thought

The one that struck me was why would Russia care who won the election.

Another one was the Kennedy assassination theory that US intelligence killed him. If they could carry that off back in the day, surely they could point the finger at Russia today and accuse them with tampering with the election.

Also he mentioned the disgruntled political parties. I think Russia is the excuse for Hillary losing and obviously this entered Putin's mind as well. That is not a lie Putin made up. Look at the left's various excuses.

Those were not lies, they were things to think about.

They did not pull any punches like MSM does. I had the Univision site up but there are 3 videos on there that all play at the same time. Distracting if you don't hurry up and stop the playing. On the Univision site, there was also an interview with Romney and the audience seemed to like it. I'm so nervous. I have an initial phone interview tomorrow for a job that I did over 10 years ago, which is not MT. Anyone have any suggestions how to interview well. I just suck at interviews. I look great on paper but I think I either tend to be too jokey or too serious/scared/timid.
