Interview next week

Part-time, no benefits, but pay is better PLUS it's a foot in the door with this particular employer. We'll see what happens. Job is 10,000 times easier than medical transcription - hourly. Hourly!

I'll post how the interview went - maybe there will be something in there for other MTs who are interviewing out of the MT field.

I guess since they are interviewing several people, it might be a few days before you find out - unless of course, you can kind of tell during the interview, it ain't gonna happen.

I'll cut my hair today - just something I can do. I did my nails, but the color reminds me of bar-b-que potato chips - sort orange-y hot looking, maybe I can find another shade to wear.

I'm starting to get nervous, like the interview will be a disaster, you know, when they ask you that ONE QUESTION you're not prepared for - and it all falls apart. And then, they're interviewing several people that morning - so what if I have to SEE one of the other applicants - and they're like super put together?

So I'll try and concentrate on the good wishes. Aaargh.

I'm so nervous. I have an initial phone interview tomorrow for a job that I did over 10 years ago, which is not MT. Anyone have any suggestions how to interview well. I just suck at interviews. I look great on paper but I think I either tend to be too jokey or too serious/scared/timid. They did not pull any punches like MSM does. I had the Univision site up but there are 3 videos on there that all play at the same time. Distracting if you don't hurry up and stop the playing. On the Univision site, there was also an interview with Romney and the audience seemed to like it.
