Sorry, but to me - Hannity

is like taking ipecac and mustard gas...
causes severe vomiting and eyes to bleed. I don't like seeing anyone who despises America.

Too bad. You should put ***** aside. You (sm) - OP

might learn something worthwhile, even if you just put it aside for an hour. His audience was all black conservatives (they don't like being called African-American) - they said they are proud to be black and the hyphenated American makes them feel like they are something "other than." They had very interesting things to say. They agreed that the Democratic party puts them in a box and the less educated like it like this. They understood (as do most of us) why Obama was elected the first time. The second time no excuse, except for low information people who want to live off the government. They talked about how he is not addressing problems of the blacks as he should be. One man even said he feels they should do away with the black caucus - as they don't do anything for the blacks and why should they have another "separate" group just for them. There was a lot more discussed, but ********* *******.

"The blacks??!" Really??!? Is that you, Trump? - sm

And you should put your overdramatics aside. There was no "hatred" in the post you replied to. Hannity is a putz, and their description was pretty spot on and NOT (report caps please) hateful.
This is what they said they want to be called. - I didn't say it. They did.(sm)

***** people can spout all they want. I will not post another thing in this thread. Have at it. Believe what you want.
Most Fox sponsors won't advertise on Hannity's show. - He's an embarrassment to them. nm

you people - anon

I have to say that phrase "you people" seriously rubs me the wrong way. I had my first child young. I didn't want to have an abortion and wanted my child, but at that age I had no choice but to obtain state aid to help pay for the cost. At the end of my prenatal care, the office manager took me aside with the bill. At the end of our conversation, the manager informed me that "we see you people as a courtesy". Wow, the divide is still ever present!
you could always say "you liberals" - since that's acceptable

besides being totally obnoxious he's such a pretty boy. His hair reminds me of a Ken doll, plastic glued to the top of his head. Wonder if it ever moves.

I don't care for her much, but I have watched her show from time to time. Some pubs can be open-minded :)
I know. You are always fair and respectful in your comments. - maddow OP

I've debated and discussed with you before, as have other libs/dems and although we don't agree, the discussion for the most part doesn't degenerates to name-calling.

I know when I open one of your posts, it will be a well-thought out opinion or a fact. Again, odds are we'll disagree, but responding to you is "safe."

:-)
Thanks :) - ZvilleMT

I would watch her too - The Sarge - sm

It all depends on what she is talking about. I don't really care for her viewpoints, but again it all depends on what she is going to talk about or who her guests are. I would take watching her over Hannity. There is just something irritating about Hannity that I just don't care for him (he gives me a headache). I would also watch Chris Matthews, Keith Olberman, Bill O'Reilly and Glen Beck. Again it depends on what they are talking about and who their guests are. Conservatives have much more open minds than people give them credit for.
Sorry Sarge, I tried - Fellow comrade - sm

and I usually don't watch Hannity. I especially like Star Parker - I mean, she's been there, she knows. She was a single mom on welfare until she realized she didn't want to live the rest of her life like that. She knows firsthand how hard it was to get off welfare, but she did it. I really give her a lot of credit and respect for that.

The biggest thing, though, was hearing how they all agreed nothing should be about the color of their skin, that that had nothing to do with their worth as a person - they didn't want to be seen as "victims."

I appreciate your watching it. I don't ordinarily (sm) - OP

watch Hannity, he's not my favorite conservative, but we had O'Reilly on, and when it ended, we saw what Hannity was about so decided to watch it. It really gives you all sides of the issue and that there really doesn't need to be any race issue at all in this country. The audience just made so much sense, I wish everyone would watch it, but of course they won't because they hate Hannity. Sigh...I wish we all could get along.

I Usually Don't Watch Hannity But Last Night's Program Was VERY GOODMay 17, 2014
It was all about Understanding the Rise of Radical Islam. He had a live audience and, in that audience, were women who lived under Sharia. If you are opposed to hearing the beginning of his opinion about the left, the start of the audience debate starts at minute 12:13.     http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/hannity/index.html#/v/3572077453001 ...

"Tasteless" Hannity Compares Mass. Race To EarthquakeJan 20, 2010
By David EdwardsTuesday, January 19th, 2010 -- 3:31 pm Less than a week has passed since hundreds of thousands of Haitians fell victim to the worst earthquake in their history and Sean Hannity has already co-opted the term to score political points. MSNBC's Keith Olbermann awarded the Fox News host "Worst Person in the World" Monday night for repeatedly saying that the election of Scott Brown in Massachusetts would be a "political earthquake." Date NightDec 11, 2011
About to head out with DH for a nice Italian dinner. Just wondering how many MTs try to fit in a date night with the DH/SO/partner every month or so. We definitely try to, although sometimes turns into two, three or even more months. It's certainly something I look forward to! It gets us out of the house, a nice glass of wine and dinner, just the two of us. :) ...

Last Night's SOTUJan 29, 2014
Well, I thought the President basically lacked passion last night. Nothing he said was with conviction like we've seen in the past. I did not find him believable. The only positive thing I really heard was that he seemed to acknowledge that the economy had not improved during his 5 years in office and he wanted the CEOs of the country to pay their people more money (obviously, I'm paraphrasing here). Hopefully, the CEOs of the MTSOs will take heed and listen to the Commander in Ch ...

Hubby On Night ShiftApr 22, 2010

Tuesday Night At The FightsOct 17, 2012
I have to say I do not like debates.  It seems to me that the broad audience of the American public has developed this "blood lust" akin to a boxing or wresting match or some Superbowl event.  How can someone say that this person won on style, and this one on memorization of facts and figures and then vote for them? How does that relate to them being president, or one heart beat away? The only real message I can take away from these debates is how does my picture of this candidat ...
