john stewart catches hannity in latest lie

John Stewart showed the tape that Hannity claimied was from latest "rally" in washington (bachmann's). He noticed a discrepancy in the trees in the background. Turns out Hannity was trying to pass off the much larger crowd that was there in the summer as the crowd at Bachmann's. Keep on watching Fox for the "truth." yeah. All 2 mullion of ya.

He thanked Jon Stewart's writers for pointing it out to Fox and took full responsibility for his mistake and apologized. I sure as he77 don't see CNN and MSNBC, and the other fringe media cleaning up their BS mistakes, and there are a lot of them (except for Rachel Maddow) last week. Yes NJ we all lie, sometimes several times a day throughout our life. Most of us take responsibility for our actions though.

Fox has 2 million viewers. That is not even a small percentage of US citizens. They cater to a VERY specific audience. The reasonable citizens spread their viewership out amongst various TV news outlets, "internets," magazines and other sources of information.

No YOU ARE WRONG they do not "all lie." Fox viewers are willing to suspend rational thought to have their conspiracy theories fed and their outrage stoked by kidnapped blonde stories.

That has been used far too often. It's like my speeding analogy posted before. Almost everyone speeds, doing 5-10 mph over the limit, but tearing through downtown at 100 mph is far more dangerous and is prosecuted differently.

Everyone lies during their lifetime. Everyone makes mistakes. That doesn't excuse a systematic method of bs and misdirection.

Just because I hate it doesn't mean they are not the best in the ratings. I hate that logo, "we report, you decide". I don't like any of the shows so I don't watch it. However, I do know they are the only station that gives both sides a chance to express their opinion. Used to watch so that's how I know. Over the past I just haven't trusted anything I hear on TV, so don't watch (but that's just me and not fair of me to come on and give wrong information like you have). And just because I don't like them, doesn't mean that everyone else does. You can see the rating for yourself they are way ahead of the other stations. What was it I read somewhere "It really sucks the very moment in an argument when you realize you are wrong". This is you my friend. Sorry I'll agree with you that I can't stand the station but I refuse to post wrong and hateful information.

Also YOU ARE WRONG - "all stations" lie. Don't know what station you are listening to...but Fox, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, every news station lies.

The people who are willing to suspend rational thought are the Fox haters that get the facts incorrect. Like I say I don't like Fox. I don't watch any news anymore (I'll read Drudge), but Fox is more right than the other stations. Can't lie about the facts.

I watch MSNBC. They do not have anyone else talk but their side. The very very very few guests they do...well lets just say I would never be a guest as they usually are attacked with MSNBCs elitist attitude. Guess that's why MSNBC is now BSNBC.

Do the name Pat Buchanan ring a bell? He is on MSNBC almost nightly. They also have reps from the RNC on almost nightly. Chris Mathews gets them stumbling and bumbling, but they do get a chance to represent. The speakers that "represent" the dems on Fox look like they got their toupees and cheap suits from the Walmart.
