It was Obama's precipitous withdrawal - against the advice of the military, the national intelligence experts and even a number of world leaders - from Iraq. At the time we left, Iraq was quite stable, and the vacuum caused by our departure was rapidly filled by both ISIS and Iranian elements. Again, this is sufficiently easy for you to verify that there's nowhere to hide.
