His bizarre reasoning for shooting an unrelated UPS driver and his odd smiling booking photo might mean he was driven more by mental illness than a political ideology. Please don't turn this into a gun control rant. We have 25,000 guns laws that include mental illness. His actions show premeditation. Can you imagine how much more media would have been given in a case like this if Obama or another Democrat had been named as the target?;
