I'm thinking Carl.

I don't think it will be Carl - TWD fan

It won't be Daryl either. Rick, Carl, Michonne and Daryl are safe. I think Maggie is safe. According to my friend's son, who read the comic books, it should be Glenn, but they have deviated from that story line several times, so I think Glenn is safe. I thought that they might make us wait when they tried to make us think Glenn died earlier in the year. The email response to that episode was enormous. I think that is what they are doing here, and then choose the victim according to the type of response they receive. I think it may be Eugene or Abraham. I don't think it will be a woman. If it is Abraham, that would be the second significant other Sasha lost which would be a good side story for that character.
Interesting take. I also don't think it's Glen, like - the comic book. (sm)

But I have a question. Why are you so sure of the ones you say are safe? Hope you're right though. And as far as Glen goes, I was upset when I thought he had died earlier in the season, but with a finale, it doesn't seem so bad. That "killing" of Glen was a total shocker to me.

wasn't dead back then. It was the way he fell, the way the Walkers were tearing into the body, the organs were much lower, it would have been Glenn's chest. Not to mention, Glenn is one of the characters on the "unofficial untouchable list." If you go back and watch that again you'll see what I mean. I've become pretty good at predicting who will be on the hit list. When it's time for a main character to die they seem to go for one we've gotten to know, has been on the show for a couple of seasons, who the audience likes but can live without. This show is so popular they don't need a cliffhanger, they are waiting for feedback to decide.
Rick: Main character, it's always been about him. He's not going anywhere ever.
Daryl: The most popular character on the show (even more than Rick). There would be rioting in the streets, people would stop watching, ratings would drop, he's not going anywhere either.
Carl: We've watched him grow up, also Rick's son. He's safe.
Michonne: Also a popular character and now Rick's love interest. She is also safe.
Glenn: We've already seen the backlash of that idea.
Maggie: Also a favorite. Negan is not going to kill a pregnant woman.
I think it will be Eugene or Abraham. We like both of those characters, they are funny. They fit the criteria. I don't think it's a woman because I don't see them killing a woman with a baseball bat, but if it is a woman it will probably be Rosetta, she fits the criteria also. If it is Sasha (whom I think is on borrowed time), that would put the character of Abraham in the same situation as Sasha, he has already lost his wife and children. So again, a good side story.

I agree completely, and told my daughter the same thing after it was over. I think it is highly possibly Abraham (as Negan stopped in front of him after he sat up straighter, and said something about it), although I will be more than sad to see him and his little take on the world no longer among us. Rosita was my second choice. Also, as a side note, the man who plays Negan was recently in the Good Wife. He is hotter than hot for a guy my age on that show, but on my all time fav show TWD, don't know if I can bring myself to like him. I noticed him losing weight on the GW, but NEVER thought of him on TWD!
I remember him as Denny Duquette on Grey's Anatomy. - I think I could like him again.

I just posted about his role as John Winchester also. I didn't see your post. That was my favorite role for him.
On Talking Dead, they said they probably will show how he (sm) - viewer

got to why he is like he is now. That should be a great story line, and it'll be okay for us to like him. LOL
I like Jeffrey Dean Morgan too - TWD fan

He was recently on the last season of Extant, but my favorite role for him was John Winchester in the CW series "Supernatural" (also one of my favorite shows). This is the first role I've seen him in as a bad guy.
If it is Abraham (and I think there is a good chance of that), I will also miss those funny quips such as "you'd have better luck picking up a turd by it's clean end" (see link below at 2:29 minutes in).

Negan kills one of his own people, say Dwight for instance for starting this whole thing with Daryl in the first place.
Then no one would care and ppl will stop watching. - :))

Walking Dead - Who was killed? - K
[ In Reply To ..]
Our family thinks it will be Glenn like the comic, but I'm hoping not. Poor Maggie...she lost her dad, her sister and possibly her baby. If she loses Glenn, too, that will be just too much. Supposedly she almost kills herself in the comic. (??? - I haven't read the comics).
I watched the last few seconds of this season's finale (peeking over my daughter's shoulder who had the head phones on and got the sound) and knew I didn't want to see any more! That baseball bat is horrific! I don't want any of them killed off, but there's a few I wouldn't be quite so upset about! I stopped watching TWD after the 1st or 2nd episode of this season. I just can't bear to have any more of my favorite characters killed off! My daughters can just tell me who died or got hurt or whatever exciting happens and I'll be upset/mad/sad and get over it, but won't watch it happen!
Weighing in on character loss - comparison

I've been a science fiction fan for many years. Star Trek and Doctor Who are the longest running sci-fi franchises in history, they are both 50 years old and still going strong. The Doctor regenerates, new actor but same character. In 50 years I can recall only two main character deaths in Star Trek, Tasha Yar in Star Trek Next Gen, and Captain Kirk in the movie Generations. I'm still not sure Kirk is dead because of that Nexus thing.
I do watch TWD and I like the show very much, but it has to be about more than killing off characters to keep the viewers interested, the audience deserves more than that. There has to be bonding, keeping the spirit of humanity alive, that is how civilization survives. I think that message was lost this season. We lost half of Alexandria this past season, did it make the show any better? In my opinion, no. They have stated repeatedly the group is a family, you do have to defend yourself, but who goes to war with a previously unknown group and put their family at risk?
This is a quote from a review after the movie Star Trek Generations was released, "writers need to learn that, sometimes, it’s better to just let beloved characters fly off into the sunset."

Abraham! One person that could take that whacking 3? times from Lucille before dropping is Ab. Seems like only somebody tough and big could take Lucille that much before dropping.

The Walking DeadMar 28, 2015i finally watched the last episode of the Talking Dead, there is a surprise guest on this Sunday, which means we are gong to lose someone. They've already killed off almost every one on my list so far, I only have two left, the preacher and Sasha, and that list was supposed to last until the first part of season six. I'm getting a little worried about Maggie as she is starting to fit the criteria, but they've only ever killed off One main character in a season finally, ...
Anyone Watch Walking Dead On AMC?Mar 19, 2012Anyone else watch Walking Dead on AMC?
I have to say, that season finale last night had me holding my breath for the first 25 minutes. Downright horrifying and much better than what TV "horror" fare usually offers, that's for sure!
At least at the end they confirmed there is indeed a season 3 in the works and didn't leave us hanging like they did at the end of season 1.
Anyway, just curious as to if anyone on these boards watches and enjoys this program as much as I do. ...

Walking While Black In . . . AmericaAug 27, 2014"Apparently, it doesn’t matter where a black person walks in this country. Police will always find a way to arrest them and violate their rights. However, based on that broad description, Beverly Hills Police Department arrested Belk for simply walking down La Cienega Boulevard on Friday night. They were looking for a bank rob ...
