I've been noticing that when Barbara Walters walks out at the start of the view, she seems to be having a sort of difficult time stepping up to her seat . Have also noticed she'sbeen having some difficulty with finding or expressing words. Another thing, she's been interrupting so much more than usual lately and more argumentative, I sense some tenseness among the others...and like she is trying everyone's patience. Don't take this as bashing her, I like her, but just wonder if something is going on with her or if anyone else has noticed this. If you are not interested in this, that's fine, but please no ugly notes about why don't I mind my own business or quit watching t.v., etc. I just like to know if others are seeing what I see...and, this IS a discussion board, right?

I think she has always been pretty arrogant and condescending to the others. She just has that "air" about her. I would really love to watch this show more often, especially when they have hot topics or a good guest on. But, they all are talking at once which just drives me up a wall. Also, do any of you notice that Joy, Sherri and Elizabeth let Whoopi talk and also let Barbara talk, but poor Elizabeth (who does aggravate me) gets NO respect from any of them. Why can't they learn some etiquette is my question. Whenever they all start talking at once I just switch channels. I see CNN does that too when Anderson Cooper has on guests or Larry King has people on. I just refuse to waste my time on that petty nonsense. It's a shame, because they could have such a good show w/o all the cat fighting going on. Now, I will have to pay attention to Barbara when she comes out. Thanks for posting.

Maybe she is having trouble because she is 80 years old and in June she had heart surgery to replace a valve. I think she is the most professional on the show. The one I cannot stand watching is Elizabeth. She is thinks she is hot stuff.

That's driving me nuts too with the talking over each other..seems like it's gotten worse lately..wonder if their producer is sleeping on the job or what. I change channels too or mute it. They'd better nip it in the bud before their ratings plunge. Yes, I have noticed the lack of respect for Elizabeth and am appalled by it. She is so gracious about it too. Seems like Whoopi gets the most respect all around. What bugs me about Whoopi is that stupid lock of hair hanging in her face. How can someone so intelligent let hair hang in their face? I just cannot stand it. Well, nice to have someone to trade opinions on one of my favorite shows.

I hope I am still as mentally together when I am 80. I do not like how BABS promotes her 10 most F_______ persons show when it is about to air and Sara Palin PLEASE. I love this show while on the treadmill. I like the fact that there are 3 comedians on the show if you catch the jokes between the all talking at once routine.

i finally watched the last episode of the Talking Dead, there is a surprise guest on this Sunday, which means we are gong to lose someone. They've already killed off almost every one on my list so far, I only have two left, the preacher and Sasha, and that list was supposed to last until the first part of season six. Anyone else watch Walking Dead on AMC? I have to say, that season finale last night had me holding my breath for the first 25 minutes. Downright horrifying and much better than what TV "horror" fare usually offers, that's for sure! At least at the end they confirmed there is indeed a season 3 in the works and didn't leave us hanging like they did at the end of season 1. just one of her jobs. She's an English professor at a community college (most of her students didn't know who she was for a long time), is involved in enough volunteer activities to overfill a totally empty schedule, is an ex- military wife and very concerned with their issues, writes books, and is a grandmother of five. And, she keeps her weight down--probably all that running around. I like her a lot, but just imagining her typical days wears me out, so I'm done. :) ...

Hi: I have been having balance and gait issues for months. I also have severs L5-S1 right foraminal stenosis. I thought my issues were related to my back.
