After years of hounding my mom and dad about not having a cell phone especially when driving long distances in our cold, wintry state, my mom actually went out all on her own and bought an inexpensive prepaid cell phone. My first instinct is to go for the cheapest and on the straight talk website they have a free Samsung T528G when you purchase a plan. I have a cheapy prepaid phone now that I hate!
