Lowe's....seriously??? So I try calling customer

service so I can pay my credit card OFF. I could not understand a word the lady said so I hung up on her. Makes me mad so I figure I have the right. lol!! Anyway, so I drive 30 minutes to the nearest lowe's and tell them I want to pay my card off. What do they do? Have my call customer service!! I told them I tried that and could not understand a word they were saying. I told them when I got off the phone that I tried to understand the lady but had a lot of trouble with it. Why do they tell you to go to the nearest Lowe's to pay the bill if you just end up calling customer service again?? You can bet I will be complaining about this!

It does suck to drive to a store and be told to do what failed the first time, but now there really is nothing else to do if you want to pay off your account.
