The grand jury reached their decision and won't be changing it. Why keep stirring up trouble? Enough already.

Maybe they should have another go at it, then. - Their current decision is a joke.

WILSON LIED and the prosecutor let his - lies stand

AND THAT has a lot to do with the righteous outrage felt across this nation.

It is shameful that so many people focus on the aftermath of the verdict instead of the INSANITY of the incident which started all of this. and it's dishonest, too.

wow ...sm - sickened

what happened to taking responsibility for your actions? what happened to not committing crimes? What happened to having respect for authority? It starts in the home of course- and trickles on down. The world is breeding a bunch of youth and children that are narcissistic, feel entitled and very selfish. It is sickening. You cannot touch a cop, hit a cop, threaten a cop, not comply with a cop. If you do, you risk the chance of being arrested, tased, shot, etc. When you steal you risk being caught, apprehended, arrested, charged, etc.
You can't even touch a K9 officer or a horse if a cop is on one and on duty. Its assault. Since when can you steal and not comply with an officer or lay your hands on one and its ok and we overlook it as a society? Crazy if you ask me. It starts in the home. And all these race cards do is breed racism. All the "hating" of officers just breeds the children to hate them and go out and think they can do whatever they like and when they are approached they can act however they want. Then when the cops arrest them or worse, shoot them, everyone plays the race card or police brutality. As a wise black man said- take responsibility, especially black youth. Stop giving the cops a REASON to portray you as a "thug" STOP blaming the white cops and blame the black men that came behind you and committed crimes. Its not the white man that comes into your neighborhoods and ruins them or commits the crimes. As I said, this was from a wise black man. Not myself. But I do agree. Its not fun working in bad neighborhoods. They are there to protect and do their jobs. If I was an officer and you laid a hand on me or didn't comply I'd take the steps necessary to make sure you did. Just as any officer does. Its their JOB. Its OUR JOB to teach our youth to respect authority, not commit crimes, and to do as told by officers, teachers, parents, etc. The narcissism in this country right now is through the roof and disgusting.

It's not even worth reading these posts anymore. - sm

Since the president and attorney general have shown their "cards," the liberals are all over this situation and are coming up with the most ridiculous statements ever heard by human ears. It is not worth getting upset about. I also think some of the ones here are just trolls trying to bait rationally thinking people.
Had to read the rest to be sure which type of - post you were talking

about and was saddened it was the one about rights and freedoms and equalities and racism and the things that should be addressed, if people only would.

Maybe we should just get it over with and declare martial law.

sickened makes reasonable points - you have to ask yourself

[ In Reply To ..]
What exactly should Wilson have done? What exactly should Brown have done? They both had choices, and it is a crying shame that young man had to die over a misdemeanor and the choices HE made. As "sickened" suggested, are we at the point that we let people who
1 - Get high and rob a store
2 - Refuse to stop for questioning of the same
3 - Try to wrestle a cop's gun from him
4 - Physically attack the cop
just walk away to avoid conflict and confrontation because he is black? If you did these things, and a cop pulls his gun on you, orders you to stop, and you choose not to, and choose to attack him, what do you think is going to happen? You could quite possibly bring about your own demise. It does not take a genius to figure that out.

Really.... people want rights and respect but they do not want responsibility. There are consequences for that. As far as starting in the home.... Brown's mother did not raise him, his grandmother did. His mother was never around, never married his father, and the guy instigating all the riots is not even his stepfather. They are not married. They never cared anything about Michael Brown until he was dead.

As for the rioting. These people should have no credible opinion, say, or concern. They are criminals as well. Looting, burning, stealing, destroying property, and the lives of innocent people who had nothing to do with this is very criminal activity. I would agree that if they were ordered to stop and did not, they should be tazed, gassed, or shot.

As far as tensions between the residents of Ferguson and the police, this is a whole different matter entirely and should be handled in a civilized manner. There are numerous administrations and organizations these people could go to through their churches or elsewhere. It is done all the time, and has been effective in many cases.

This is a very sad case indeed, and while I have no opinion about Wilson one way or the other, it is probably best that he leaves the police force. As far as Michael Brown and his family, they have to deal with the fact that he brought about his own death, probably because he was high, in a very senseless manner.

Brown's own mother didnt even raise him. She gave that job to is - grandmother. Typical. nm

Some opinions are based on feelings, others on facts. The transcripts for the hearing are published. Read them before making a judgment. I am sure the grand jury deliberated many hours and had to separate their personal feelings from the facts.

and incorrect statute to the jury.

Corrected statute would have included
"The ruling meant that cops could no longer legally kill someone only for attempting to escape, the officer must now have a reasonable belief that the suspect poses a dangerous threat to someone or had committed a violent felony."

Ferguson Is Still Not Settling DownAug 18, 2014
Autopsy by Baden states six shots, none in back. Head shots could be from the stance of surrender or MB charging officer.  Still questions.  Toxicology will lend a lot to credibility of charging and out of control actions.  Wish officer version would be publicized; however, they may be holding it fearing it wil incite more violence, waiting for toxicology and autopsy to back it up.  Fear community will not accept either way.  Six shots is a lot of shots.  Still f ...

Ferguson MissouriNov 26, 2014
I am hoping that there will be PEACEFUL protests if some don't agree with the grand jury's decision concerning the Michael Brown case.  This evening protestors are not too far from my home and the constant whirring of helicopters makes it hard for me to concentrate on my work.  It is definitely a fact that no man is an island and one man's actions can reverberate across the country and the world and affect people who had absolutely NOTHING to do with what happened that ...

Hypothetical Scenario In FergusonOct 26, 2014
With the Grand Jury about to issue a decision on whether or not to go forward with criminal charges against Officer Wilson, and in preparation of potential riots based on that decision, does anyone think it would be a good idea for President Obama and Attorney General Holder to be in Ferguson at the time of the decision and stand arm in arm with the governor of Missouri, the mayor of Ferguson, the police chief, the county supervisor and anyone else of power to show strength and unity with w ...

13 Facts About Ferguson The Media Will Never Tell You Nov 26, 2014
According to protesters who erupted in violence after a grand jury declined to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., this was the case of a white policeman shooting an unarmed black teenager with his hands in the air in a community plagued by racial tension. That's an account promoted by many in the mainstream media as well. But here are several facts about the case that are harder to find:1. Surveillance video showed that shortly before the ...

The Ferguson police department must be stopped.  They are making the situation worse.  Why haven't they investigated the Michael Brown shooting?  Why haven't they released any information?  Why haven't they interviewed the witnesses?  Why did they leave the body in the street for so long?  Why did the Mayor take over 2 days to address the family.   It seems by their silence that they are condoning repeatedly shooting that man.    Ther ...

Maybe an effort to distance himself from the "bad" cops.  Maybe helps Ferguson in their civil rights law suit.  And, IMO, (and only my opinion) they might just indict Darren Wilson after all.  Frankly, if there is any culpability at all, it makes sense to save the city and hang Wilson out, guilty or not.  Personally, I think he is guilty, but that really doesn't matter.   http://preview.msn.com/en-us/video/news/ferguson-police-chief-apologizes/vi-BB5J85K ...

Racist Ferguson Emails Released.Apr 04, 2015

Ferguson Police Chief News ConferenceAug 15, 2014
The police officer who killed MB did not stop MB due to being a robbery suspect.  He clearly, repeatedly, stated that this cop did not know there was a robbery, he only stopped him because he was walking down the street.  Chief states his info is from St. Louis County Police Dept interview with police officer who did the shooting.  Sort of pulls the wind from the sails of that "big mean, strong arm robber," and feeling threatened because he is such a criminal.  Then the med ...

One day after the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, officials from the Justice Department's Community Relations Service arrived in Ferguson.
