MM has hurt a lot of people for a long time, the treatment is wrong, the pay is a disgrace. MTs typing hundreds of reports, stressed. Now when I work I see our bosses making very good money and picture a few dollars in front of me for an hour's work. Waiting for the next ridiculous issue to deal with. knowing I have put in my time, my knowledge and my skill to support people who use us for their gain. We dont need insults, auditors, to work evenings and weekends, holidays with no life, no vacation while they do nothing to help us. MM needs to learn to manage their company right.

Like others I agree, US hospitals, employ the US MTs. They have turned this job into the US sweat shop. I wonder if any of them have a conscience.

I am trying to hold onto the faith MM will start treating their MTs right, and the MTs realize we are the ones who keep the company going.

What if they don't do what you want? Are you then going to blame God? You can't control what a company is going to do and God is not responsible for making them do what you want, either. If you are unhappy working for them … and you certainly have adequate reason … it would be a lot better if you simply found another job.

I am sure that you know about the lilies of the field that God provides for. He provides for you, too, but it is possible to end up in the desert. You have to do your part by getting up and getting out of the desert and into a better location.

of course i would not blame God. I blame the greedy people who run MM and ruin lives from their actions, like hundreds of other MTs. I am well aware I can look for another job. Do you have the same advice for every other MT in the same position? I pray for MM because they need it!

They don't carre. "Faith" is blindly waiting for something to happen. - Instead, MAKE something happen for yourself.

Drives me nuts when people wait around for God to change a situation. Think for yourself. God is an adjunct in your life to help guide you and give you strength. God is not responsible for your happiness or what happens in your life.

God's name is self-explanatory. He is above all else and has created all of us and everything in the universe.

While I do believe that we are to use our God-given intelligence and abilities and that we are responsible for our decisions and actions, we should live our lives according to what His Word says and what He reveals to us when we pray.

It just may not be the answer you want or in the timeframe you want it. Also, God helps those who help themselves. Keep on praying and you will see His light.

I have a scripture prayer box that I have used for years. It contains verses from various books of the Bible, old and new Testaments. On the reverse side is a short prayer or a statement that coincides with the scripture. I had been dealing with a very, very horrible situation and just could not understand why God had not helped me. I chose a scripture card from my prayer box (which I always blindly pick out) and this was the coinciding statement (poem) which woke me up to what I was not doing:

Go straight to the heart of God's promise. Ask freely of him and receive. All good may be had for the asking, if when asking, you truly believe.

Why are you praying for and holding out hope that MM will give a crud? Okay, you can pray for them all you want, but don't wait around for them to change. That's la-la land thinking.

What do you think when someone that's going through something horrible says 'God is testing me, my faith'?
