Carpal Tunnel Relief

Posted: Nov 7, 2014

I purchased an arm splint on Amazon.com, but didn't like how it felt and so don't use it. Instead, I go to YouTube and type "carpal tunnel syndrome stretches" or "yoga exercises carpal tunnel syndrome" and there are some effective exercises in effect brief videos, some by physical therapists. "Top 3 Exercises For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" is one that I particularly like. I do some exercise every day or every other day and it counteracts any pain in my right arm.;

CT syndrome, I use.... and love them - Rusty

I use these gloves I by over the Internet called Handeze by 4M. I love them. They keep the nerves warm so the blood flows better, and they really work. Not only that, they help to keep my hands warm during these cold blistery days (-14 today), and when they get dirty just throw them in the washer. I never could use the hand splints, and these you can wear while you work, which I when I need it most. Check them out, I think you will like them.

Need Help With My Carpal Tunnel And Forearm Pain.Mar 30, 2011
I had an EMG study a couple of years ago and was told I had mild carpal tunnel in both wrists.  Well, Ive been working two jobs for a while now and it has gotten way worse.  My hands go numb and have to shake them out every so often to get the feeling back and get rid of the tingling.  And now my right forarm has a deep muscle ache, on the top of the arm, up close to the elbow, probably the extensor carpi radialis longus muscle and it has been hurting me for at least three mo ...

Looking For Best Wrist Support For Carpal Tunnel Please...smJan 01, 2011
Can anyone out there recommend a wrist support that actually works while you type?  I don't mind if it's a little expensive, I just need it to allow me to type while giving my wrists the support it desperately needs.  I use one while I sleep but it's too constricting to type with. Okay...going to take some ibuprofen now for this pain:) ...

Working After Carpal Tunnel ReleaseApr 10, 2013
Hello all, I have a question for those of you who have had carpal tunnel release surgery.  I went to the neurologist today and had EMG and nerve conduction studies on both of my hands.  My right hand middle fingertip is quite numb.  The test showed moderate CTS on my right and a little milder on the left.  it really scares me because of the constant numbness in my middle finger.  I have to go see my hand surgeon after he receives the report from the neuro doc to see wha ...

Has Anyone Tried An OTC Bite Guard For TMJ Relief? Jan 20, 2012
I have TMJ that flares up and has been hurting me for the last couple of days.  My dentist has said I need a bite guard for when I sleep and when I'm working because I clench my jaw and grind my teeth at night.  However, to get one made through her will cost me $300 because my insurance will not cover it!  I've looked at the OTC ones that you can sort of "do it yourself" and fit it to your teeth.  My dentist has said I should absolutely NOT use one of the OTC ones b ...

Flood Relief...only For The RichMay 14, 2017
DeDomenicis has lived in this house since 1982, a few hundred feet from a bay. She used to work as a restaurant server; now she’s a school crossing guard. Her husband walked a mile to his job at Bally’s Casino until he retired in January. They’ve seen floods worsen as the seas have risen, as the land beneath them has sunk, and as local infrastructure has rotted away. “It comes in the front door, the back door, and then from the bottom of the house, in through the sides,” DeDomenicis sa ...

The R Camp Claims They'll Deliver Disaster Relief Via Bus.Nov 01, 2012
Maybe it's because it's already too late for them to upstage the National Guard, so now that the photo op has gone bust, it's back to BAU with last-ditch stump stops in Lean Obama Territories, which almost NOBODY is paying attention to.  It's all good.  Their decision to stay out of the way and let the big boys do their jobs is probably a wise one.    ...

Haitian Money For Earthquake Relief Was Funneled Through Friends Of The ClintonsAug 01, 2016
Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign. By all accounts, the money and what it was meant to do never really reached the Haitian people. While the Clinton Foundation only puts 10% of its donations towards charity, the IHRC was a real racket for Clinton pals, 1% went towards Haitian groups and agencies on the ground. All that is transparent is that the money didn’t go to Haiti, beyond that the trail goes cold. The money for earthquake relief ...
