Just wondering. It sounds like you are trying to say Obama is holding it up? Has the Congress compromised on a bill yet? Or is it the same old standoff with the ridiculous add-ons? Did the pugs throw in abortion this time, or tax creadits for super-billionaires? Or retroactive off-shoring?

showed no concern for the farmers when the EPA, based on Obama's directives/policies, cut off their water supply. Caused thousands of them to go bankrupt, loose family farms, homesteads and literally caused a drought. For those interested, it occurred in Southern California.

Now, because he needs votes, Obama is out spewing his BS. Obama would not even respond to their letters or public officials. Obama cares about no one but Obama and the advancement of his communist beliefs.

Aug 6 through Labor Day WEEK, and will not return until Sept 10. The House failed to bring it up for a vote before the break. Like the poster said a few days back, looks like numbers aren't your friend.

The Agriculture Disaster Assistance Act of 2012 (HR 6233) is not the farm bill President Obama is referencing. The Federal Agricultural Reform and Risk Management Act of 2012 (HR 6083) is not a stop gap measure. It's much more comprehensive. So far it's only made it out of committee, one that Ryan does not vote on...so you don't know where he stands on this bill. The measure is highly contested. One of the biggest bones of contention is the Pay-Go part thatwould kick 3 million folks out of the SNAP instead of beating the ground elsewhere for revenue.
