Where's the gash in his forehead? For example, FoxCrawl claims the video title translates as, "Moment directed the U.S. ambassador before his death” with a headline that reads “U.S. Ambassador and the people of Benghazi (wait for it) RESCUE efforts prior to his death.” Your ulsterman citation didn't bother to provide either a translation or a direct link to YouTube.

By contrast, a NY Times article seems to have it's act together a bit more that the Foxcrawl thing. It reports a translation of the actual conversation the Libyans were having in the video. Lo! and Behold! It embeds the direct link to YouTube:
