concede, regardless of whatever weirdness went on in those preceding 90 minutes of suspended animation. Despite the devastating personal loss he must have been experiencing, he rose to the occasion and made it about what's good for the country....supporting the result and setting the stage for bipartisan cooperation. I cannot begin to imagine how excruciatingly painful that must have been for him after his 6-year aspirational presidential campaign.

He made his swan song short, sweet and to the point and left no doubt about his message before beating a hasty retreat, and he did it with a great deal of grace and style. Once released from his party's factional campaign tug-of-war imperatives, his human side emerged and we all got a brief, albeit fleeting glance of a nice man. I really liked what I saw at that moment, and think it's a real shame THAT Mitt was not allowed to be Candidate Mitt. Had that been the case, we very well could be facing a much different 4 years moving forward.

Happy camper here.

The judge would not let them take him him, ruled against. They put him in Hospice, took off his oxygen and he died.
