Interesting to see where this goes.
OKLAHOMA CITY -- State Representative Sally Kern (R-OKC) is behind a new bill that deals with foreign laws in Oklahoma courts. Rep. Kern says the bill prevents a state court in Oklahoma from using foreign law in a case, if in that case, the foreign law would violate either of the parties' constitutional rights.
