I'm asking a serious question here.

Reason I want to know is because most of the rappers I ever heard about were criminals before they became "famous" rappers; i.e., thieves, drug dealers, murderers, rapists, etc.

I wonder why Obama thought that guy would help his cause. I mean, c'mon now. He's been made a laughing stock over this now. How can he be respected for being on that show? Is this a show just for young voters or what? What did they talk about?

When people come out supporting a candidate and they are of (unsure of the word to use, don't know if it's importance or well known or people that others look up to, I hope you know what word I'm trying to think of....notariety, that's it) When people of notariety come out supporting a candidate, telling the country why they need to vote for someone (no matter who it is) that is who people remember. Someone who likes Snoop Dog or Madonna, Bon Jovi or other famous people come out and say vote for this guy or that guy they are representing them. When you have people saying "Vote for Obama because he's a black n***" or "Vote for him because he hangs out with Jay-Z, Beyonce" etc. "Vote for the black Muslim" "Wake the **** up and vote for the n****", etc. When these people come out and publicly announce who they support and trying to get people to vote for someone using their status then yes, they are Obama's base. They are also Obama's base because Obama supports them doing this. He has not come out and said it's wrong. These people focusing on his race, his Muslim religion, etc are his base. I find it funny these people who are quick to call people racists are the one who are making racist statement. Don't see Snoop Dog, Madonna or Jackson saying vote for Obama because he had done this or that good while he's been president, no vote for him because he's a "(n-word)".

And just like people say Rush is Mitts' base then Snoop and the others are Obama's base. Personally I'll take Rush explaining why Mitt is the better candidate using facts about his political career over vote for someone because they are a you know what. It's not acceptable for a white person to call a black person that and it's not acceptable for a black person to call another black person that. It's a foul and offending term and as a black woman it is highly offensive when anyone calls me that.
