when he landed at the Burlington airport. He bypassed the reporters and his motorcade left the airport. We were congregated just down the block and he instructions Ted the driver to stop and got out and greeted us all with hugs. The Secret Service was going nuts! Anyone interested can watch this video. I just feel bad that we didn't do enough to show the rest of the country what a good man he is and what a wonderful president he would have made for all the people of our country. I am very proud of him!

Bernie brought to the forefront the "real" issues facing the American people and forced a conversation about those real issues! Hillary was forced to change her rhetoric from corporate-based to people-based. Hopefully, that's the platform the DNC will adopt, thanks completely to Bernie!!! He will NOT let them fall back into the same-old-same-old tired discussions about tax breaks for corporations and instead move the discussions to how the 99% will live under the new administration. I'm a big Bernie fan, but I'll give Hillary my vote (even though I don't like her), because there is no way I want right-wing nuts like Ted Cruz sitting on the Supreme court for the next 30-40 years. Those two seats - Scalia and Ginsberg - are the reason she gets my vote.

My husband worked 3 jobs to put himself through school, got a job, worked his tail off and I now makes good money.

If someone chooses to hang out at a low paying job, why should they be entitled to our hard fought success?

I know MT is low paying and I've had my wages slashed in half too. But why do I continue doing it?

At bottom of page is a COMMENT section containing comments (many of which are recent) from lots of other docs and nurses who couldn't make it to the rally.
