I know this was discussed below a little bit, but how does this clown possibly think incest is "so rare." What alternate universe is this man living in??

and/or refute his statement? Depends on what your definition of "rare" is, maybe.

Which incest stats do you need? Adult on child? - Childhood sibling on sibling?

Adult siblings on siblings? Nonconsenting or consenting adults on adults? Between Moms and dads with their kids, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, cousins?

The secrecy and taboo nature of this behavior is a real problem in both reporting and amassing data. Besides, it's a red herring argument. IT HAPPENS, and THE LAST THING any post pubescent female needs, who finds herself caught up in it and impregnated as a result, is the GOVERNMENT stepping in to throw legislated morality in her face and lecturing her on forced birth vs jail time.
