statement. Closing everything down in Brussels, even though the terror threat is high, is giving them EXACTLY what they want - to create fear. They don't want people to go about and live their daily lives and and that is exactly what is happening over there. They have accomplished their goal.

He wondered. On the other hand, there were significant threats at that time, and Ridge had already proven that he had no idea when or when not to change the threat levels. In fact, this was not by far the only time he was at odds with members of the administration, at other times which had no coincidental nexus with elections.

Because of the threats in October, 2004 (which Ridge deprecated), some in the cabinet felt it should be raised; he disagreed. And that's ALL there is to it that anyone can say with certainty.

It's well to be know when a thing has been proven, when it hasn't been proven - and to apply the same standard of proof to a bit of political gossip or controversy, whether it happens to fit our narrative or doesn't. I find that a lot of people have a much lower standard of proof whenever anything happens to suit their philosophy. I'm sure you've noticed the same thing.

My new parttime job is at one of those electronic stores where everyone wears khakis and polo shirts or short sleeved cotton shirts with the store name on them. I have been having uncontrollable diarrhea, then it was just with clear mucus and I thought I had a parasite or something. Had to wear Depends to go out.
