I suppose some will think this belongs on the Faith Board, but it is also a political issue. I am so sick of hearing about climate change and all that we can do as human beings about it. These politicians should read their Bible; that is if they even own one, and they would soon discover that man did not create this world and man is not going to change what God made. There has been climate change since the beginning of time and just because we, who are now living in these times, are experiencing this does not mean it never happened before. God put "balance" into his creation for the good of us all. Look at the ice age. Maybe God figured it may not be a good idea for modern people to look out their windows and see a brachiosaurus munching the tops off trees in their yards. The regulations that have been put in place to try to divert the climate from changing have closed businesses and lost jobs, created vehicles that cost a fortune, even trying to now limit the choices we have to heat our homes.

They should read Genesis 8:22 which says "While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.”

So let's get off this ridiculous topic and focus more on the real problems: Immigration, terrorism, economy, law and order, religious freedom, the right to own a gun, and the future of the Supreme Court. Vote for Trump if you want these things addressed. If not, well then you know what to do. I will vote for Trump, as we will not have to worry about our climate when our country is destroyed by another version of Obama.

Clearly, you are not one of them, but for the rest of us, trying to avoid destroying the earth before we can migrate to another planet is actually more important than anything else we can do for our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Let's get the science right first - and we're not even - close to that.

So far, the only thing that global-warmers have mastered about "climate change" is how to make a bloody fortune out of a lot of ill-supported speculation, which is the best thing you can say about so-called "climate science" up to this point. Some would call it something far worse.

When the science drives the conclusions instead of the other way around, I'll take another look at the issue. At this point, it's pseudoscience that no one can take seriously unless they don't understand science at all, or those who, like Al Gore, have made themselves filthy rich selling tinfoil hats to gullible people who've been duped into believing that the sky is falling.

We almost fixed the ozone holes from the chemicals we spewed into the air from our aerosol cans. Yea.

As far as the global conditions due to deforestation, excess CO2 and not enough O2, well it is really too late, so you guys do not have to worry.

Only GOD could possibly fix what we've done to the arctic and the antarctic meltdown.

BTW, the most significant chemical doing this is methane, most of which comes from the cows and pigs that we consume at the dinner table. That of course being from all the meat eaters. God didn't intend for such an unhealthy imbalance in animals. I do recall the admonition about not eating animals with cloven hoofs. I'm pretty sure that is in the bible.

Next comes the carbon in the air. I'm pretty sure God didn't mean for us to spew carbon particles into the atmosphere that stay there for a very very long time. There is nothing natural that spews carbon particles into the air aside from volcanos. Pretty sure they are not causing this much carbon in the air.

You're right, though. We should just wait until we are absolutely sure it is entirely 1000% right. By the time the science proves it to those who don't know how to understand it, well, it will be too late.

That time is now.

This is no time to decentralize and throw all the states on their own. We all know the ridiculous predictions about the polar ice disappearing. In the case of the north pole, we weren't told that they were predicated on less than 40 years of data, which in terms of climate trends isn't anything close to an adequate data set, and even now those are looking wobbly.
