I love Denzel Washington!

Denzel, I love you. Just thought I'd throw it out there and see if you kick anything back. I'm from your old hood, btw, if it'll help...in Westchester...your mother might have done my mother's hair...I'm sparing nothing here, pulling all the stops. If you're out there and happen to see this, DW, again, I love you, love you, love you, and I know I'm not alone. There are probably a hundred thousand out-of-work or otherwise underemployed medical transcriptionists who feel the same way. But remember, I was the first to post my true feelings! ;

Honestly, pretty harmless and funny. If you dislike Denzel for some reason, why not do your own post about why?

But to dislike someone's harmless post that would bring a smile to most people, what is that about?

I have SO MANY TIMES wanted to post the same thing here. Professing my admiration and just downright love for this actor, so I send all my kudos for the day for doing it, and double kudos thinking he might see it!!!

SO MANY amazing performances and challenges as an actor. I have watched Flight about 12 times this month and Philadelphia is a masterpiece, not to mention all the other roles he has played to perfection.

I remember him saying when he was preparing to do Flight, he watched You Tube to see how a drunk acts!!! He is such a class act.

Thanks for posting this. Denzel is worthy of LOTS O' LOVE :)

Thanks for "agreeing" with my love for Denzel. Just sitting around, waiting for work, of which there is little or none, wondering how to pay bills, etc., as we all are...suddenly this wonderful man pops into mind and I think what might have been. LOL. When I was a child in Mount Vernon, NY, albeit about a decade younger than Mr. D., I'd go down to the 'playground' in the center of town and just kind of look around, never participating, just onlooking, really. Well, years later when I found out DW was from Mount Vernon, too, I wondered if he was one of the kids I would watch playing...also found out his mother either owned or worked in a local beauty shop, where my mother happened to go...ah, so close yet so far... the world is one town...etc.! Also, I didn't realize someone "dissed" my OP-- thanks for 'defending' us, Denzel and me, that is! Have a good day, everyone; better days are coming! :) And just think, since none of us really "has him," then he sort of belongs to all of us, in a way...eh?

People are just joking around...what is who talking about? The Nuance remark is a joke, the OP is joking, but with some inherent truths such as that she loves Denz and lived in the same town as him in her childhood apparently, without knowing it.
