Excellent resource for job-hunters

I found this excellent website, HumanWorkplace.com, which has a sister FB site and articles on LinkedIn. Liz Ryan was in HR and a recruiter and is now on her own. I've used some of her tips, such as the "human voice resume" and how to answer stupid questions typically asked (Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What's your biggest weakness?) and have gotten more interviews than ever.

I love how she empowers the job-seeker to be on par with the interviewers, instead of the interview being an interrogation session. Her webinars, many of them free, are fun to watch. She's a hoot.
