I still think that DH is very handsome and sometimes I melt when I look at him after 12 years of happy marital life. He tells me all the time that I am beautiful and I will never tell him the truth. LOL.

I think my little short balding guy is the prettiest bundle I have ever seen in my life. I am 5 foot 4 and he and I are about eye level with each other. I could just bite those chubby cheeks (like you want to do with the kids when they were younger- anyway I did). I find him adorable, so sweet to me and I love him more and more each day (married almost 9 years this month).

I love him, want him, gotta have him. He's aging very well. He is so great. Just silly things send me over the edge. This morning he set the coffee maker for me and had bought me my favorite muffin so when I woke up I had fresh hot coffee and pastry. That kind of stuff just makes me weak in my knees... That and the way he treats me in private and public.

He's HOT, he knows it but he doesn't flaunt it. He's a sharp dresser, drives a big, black sexy 4 x4 truck that says "all man" and rides a Harley too.

He always makes me feel like he wants me too and buys me things that make me know that he also thinks I'm as sexy as I think he is.

We've been married 14 years! Together we don't have kids. I have two, grown and gone from my first marriage that he raised as his own. They love him as much as I do.

We've both gained weight and I'm no looker myself. I'm fat, balding, and my skin is peeling away like leprosy. My husband is a handsome man, but I feel and see nothing when I look at him. I don't know what it is (depression maybe), but we've been together 30 years. The emotional roller coaster has just made me numb to him. how sad for you both. Thirty years is a long time to feel nothing for the person you are sharing your life with.

I still find my man sexy. He has changed so much over the years, but still acts like the silly man I fell for and still has that special magic touch. He's sexy to me.

I know I've changed too, physically especially. I don't care for exercising, love eating and BEER! but he loves me too. Better or worse baby!

I'm with you on having changed. I too do not exercise and I love love love eating (especially my baked goods - hubby does too), and of course what would life be without beer (not worth living for I guess) LOL.

I think I am just going through a phase right now...maybe premenopausal. Who knows. I do care about him, don't wish anything to happen to him, but things are just different over time. When we first married my heart melted every time I saw him and he looked at me. Our life was very exciting (in the military in a different country), each weekend was a new beer fest or wine fest, or any kind of fest you could think of. He was sure of himself. He was strong and he knew what he wanted. We had plans to start a family, settle down, etc, etc. 35+ years later, never had children (quite a few miscarriages and 2 ectopic pregnancies), we have not settled down yet because he can't make up his mind where he wants to live and the thought of settling down (yes at 50+ years) he doesn't want to do. We move and a month later he doesn't like the area. We move again and a month later he doesn't like it, move again, and again, and again and he doesn't like the area. We've moved about 18 times and every time after a month or two he can't stand the area, but he doesn't know what he wants to do (both where to live or what to do with his life). Therefore, I learned to just make myself go numb. Learned a long time ago not to argue or disagree as I was told I'm holding him down and not encouraging. So that's why I say I'm just numb. He is a handsome man and I do love him. Just feel empty sometimes and just live my days existing.

I know so many of us are looking for jobs. I am disabled (not legally) its too hard to be totally broke and homeless for a year or two in order to get disability (which is basically what you have to do).
