I'm feeling particularly stressed - sending out things to lit journals, with the ever-present possibility (about 95% on a good day) of being rejected.
And it's like, you can sit and stew, or you can do your affirmations - it's very hard to call them to mind when you're stressed out - it's like I have to have them printed in front of me to be able to do them when I'm stressed out.
I am worry free.
I release all fears of not being perfect. I am good enough. I am perfect in my own way.
I let go of all expectations. I am free to live the life I've dreamed.
