I'm a MAJOR animal lover, and I'm not sure if I can see animals in those conditions with nobody to love them and still be able to function and sleep at night without bringing them all home with me. A few days ago our volunteer coordinator at our local animal shelter sent out an email informing us of a new program to help the dogs. I wanted to share this with everyone, and maybe if your shelters don't offer it, you could suggest it. The program is called Dog's Day Out.
