You call it a takeover or coup. As I recall, BOTH Presidents were/are trying to avoid another 9/11.
I don't think the republican party will ever let that happen, so they actually NEED another al Qaeda attack (perhaps THAT'S why McCain wants to give them weapons -- wouldn't be the FIRST time a republican politician got in trouble over weapons -- so al Qaeda will have sophisticated weapons to "thin out the herd" of poor and middle class people in this country.
