I used to get really annoyed when President Bush or Cheney, etc., would say, "The American public believes or wants or thinks." I never agreed with them about anything.

I don't agree with any President 100% of the time, including President Obama, but I do agree with him MOST of the time and he does represent me. I have lots of company.

The Middle East is tough. I wonder if anyone can get that one right. In fact, if I were President I might not even try.

seems to be something you know a lot about. Using the 1967 borders as a STARTING point (not an end game) is nothing new, has been debated in all kinds of places for decades and is an internationally recognized approach to peace, to everyone, that is, except Bibi. Dont you get it? He is not the least bit interested in negotiating and would much rather remain in control of a military state bankrolled by their US sugar daddies (pols and AIPAC) who throw billions of our tax dollars at them hand over fist each year. In the meantime, Palestinians have no autonomy and are relegated to disconnected impoverished enclaves for all eternity. THAT is indefensible.

President Obama will make plenty of mistakes. Presidents always do. The last one made some that are still causing pain and hurt. Those things can't be turned around over night. Sure, President Obama will make his fair share of mistakes, but right now we're still facing the consequences of the last couple of Presidents and their decisions.

All he has accomplished is putting us MORE in debt - than ever, nothing else!!!.
