The election turn out in 2014 was the lowest in 72 years, lowest since World War II, but our electoral college system of voting in the United States still heavily leans Democratic at this point in national elections so there's at least some really good truth there. Meaning, there's not a snowball's chance in hell that California is going to flip to a red state, nor New York, nor etc., etc., so there's that truth. The states that lean Democratic have more people in them and more electoral college clout.

I really don't think it is a hard concept to grasp. Democrats DO NOT generally hold themselves out as morally superior, while Republicans on a regular basis will preen and act like they are God's chosen party and flaunt their so-called moral superiority. When one of them gets caught being "mere mortals," they just laugh and toss it back in your face and say something along the lines of, "Well, the Democrats do it too."

See the difference? Democrats never claimed to be morally superior, while conservatives did.

No one is interested in what makes our country great nor in fighting the ugly Muslims in the brotherhood or ISIS, etc. We should be focusing on helping people in other countries who need medical or other things to have a better life, not waste money on stuff that means nothing.

However, before we can spend money in other countries to help, we need to get our house in order. We need to weed out every single person who overspends and set limits on particular places money is spent. No more pork and no more stupid studies about shrimp on a treadmill. Ridiculous rules need to be ruled wrong and things need to be made right in this country.

got caught up in other things. I agree with every word you say. There is really something basically wrong with him. I'm not sure even narcissist covers it. I also have thought about him being the anti-Christ. He seems to be purposely trying to demean every hard-working, honest, religious, good person in the country and giving kudos to those who are harming us. This runs deep. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the way he was raised, and the "types" he associated with. But it's more. I don't understand how people can defend his spending money hand over fist that WE DO NOT HAVE. He cannot even submit a balanced budget.
