While I agree with some things said, I totally disagree with giving all illegals a "pathway to citizenship."

But, as I delve into more and more of this information, I found this problem with the current system with those applying legally to come to this country. Read the article and please click on some of the underlined words, especially about the English couple who owned a restaurant in Maine. This couple was planning on becoming citizens.
So, herein lies a larger problem that most people do not know about.....how our government actually forces legal immigrants to earn a certain income each year, or else can be denied renewal of their visas. There are many, many immigrants who face the same problem. After reading the story of the Maine couple, I clicked on http://www.e2reform.org/?page_id=47 (E2Reform.org). The info was a bit old, but then I clicked on "E2 Stories". It was absolutely heartbreaking to read some of these stories. There is also a petition that can be signed at this site.
This E2 form is certainly something that should be changed to make it easier for legal immigrants.
I still disagree with amnesty for illegals. Any solutions there?
(As you can see, I'm without work again. To be expected during holidays, but gee, there's only so much housework I can do. LOL)
