The shooter lived where I am from and graduated same high school as I did. He has lived in the Chattanooga area since the age of 7, almost his entire life. He not only graduated high school but college there at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, engineer degree. People in the neighborhood as well as coaches he had are stunned because they saw him as an average American guy, never any outwards appearance of anything else. No one knows why this happened, no one. He was a naturalized citizen as is his family.

The no-kill animal shelters take in animals that have been abandoned by their mothers or their human beings. We don't make the cats and dogs have the babies, and, in fact, if they are spayed when pregnant, well, they are aborted.

As to using stem-cells and body tissue, don't think there is much of that going on for animals, maybe research labs, but THEY BREED THEIR OWN.

Someone with some KNOWLEDGE might make comment as to whether military personnel walk around armed at all times or not? I believe MPs do, but I doubt everyone else does, at least here in the United States. For starters, we do have law and order. This is clearly apparent with even a cursory glance at crime statistics, which have declined steadily since the early 90s. (See FBI Uniform Crime Reports).

As for the military not being allowed to do their job, apparently you and Trump do not know what their job is. Hint: it isn't to act as domestic law enforecement. (See Posse Comitatus Act).
