You just lost your insurance because of our lying President? Really? I guess there are millions of Americans out there who work for "lying" employers who routinely lose their health insurance and have it replaced with something else on a yearly basis because the terms and the costs change constantly. This is not a new phenomenon. These kinds of changes have been going on for decades. Employees as well as individuals buying their own coverage have the terms of their policy and prices change routinely. It's no different for home insurance nor any different for automobile coverage. They send you paper with little bitty teeny tiny words on it that explain what the changes are for all kinds of insurance and let you know what your new rates are going to be.

Nothing the POTUS "said" caused you to lose your coverage. He signed a bill into law that requires your insurance company to meet certain minimum standards in order to protect you. This is not a new development that suddenly makes the POTUS a liar. The law requires basic categories of care, including emergency care, hospitalization, maternity services, mental health services, and prescription drug coverage. The law has limits on what you have to pay out-of-pocket. These new standards are going to cause insurers to provide more comprehensive coverage for many people that did not previously have it. This comprehensive coverage will help to stop families from filing bankruptcies because their health insurance didn't pay what they thought it was going to because they didn't read the little teeny tiny words and thought they were covered for the basics but weren't. You see, people *with* health insurance are still filing bankruptcies in massive amounts because their coverage was barely coverage and not worth the paper it was written on.

There goes that darned govern-mint again trying to protect it's citizens by keeping them alive and not filing bankruptcy!

As we all know and have known for *several years*, the President signed the ACA. Your insurance company has also known for all that time that they were going to have to cancel your policy and offer you something different or lose your business to the open market or the exchanges. If they didn't notify you of that fact when they have known it all along, maybe you have misplaced your anger towards the wrong person(s).

The Republican right wing propaganda machine is jumping all over this like it just happened. Please! There have been over 40+ bills to repeal or weaken the ACA since it was signed into law. So let's now call the President names like "liar" and stomp our feet and see what happens and act like we are outraged.
