They put all the facts out there, but the commentators never all agree 100% about the assessment of what it means. I always listen and come to my own conclusion or the conclusion that there are so many variables and unknowns that it's impossible to know for sure.

Major cable stations like CNBC are still saying there is no inflation and even are passing on the lie that we are in recovery (they even have a segment called Recovery Watch).

People are buying less of everything, because they can't afford it. Meanwhile, the cost of everything - food, energy, gasoline, etc. is going up.
And all the while, the government looks the other way, says the "recession" (umm - try "DEPRESSION" - that's what we're in, folks!) is "over". Really??? "Over" for WHOM? Not the average working American.
