Just heard Nancy say that the mother of someone who committed a similar crime a while back against others watched too much Fox news. Never ceases to amaze me how stupid her comments are. She needs to be defeated and go home and be grandma. Glad she is not mine. To Democrats or leftists on this board: When is enough enough violence. This man supposedly was for Bernie baby, but you cannot deny that your ideology has triggered people to commit unspeakable crimes against others in power. Lots of people are finally waking up but those on this board continue to deny things even though there is plenty of evidence. Now tell me why we should have this Comey's friend as special prosecutor. That is sure fair and if the shoe were on the other foot, you all would be screaming bloody murder. It is time that we convict the people who are guilty of crimes instead of constantly excusing them. I urge you to think for yourselves instead of always drinking the KoolAid. Honestly, I can't think that you have not been taught what communism, socialism, facism is and why they are not at all good idiologies. What happens if just ordinary people get shot for expressing their first amendment right to speak and being for a certain political party or supporting our president. Would that be enough for you to change your mind. I mean somewhere there has to be an awakening. I sure urge you to do research on what you are being indoctrinated with on CNN and other cable news. You can make fun of Fox news all you want, but they do not say anything that they do not have proof of. This is not false proof, but your favorites are full of fake news and innuendo. I still pray for people to wake up and not continue to believe wrongly. If you consider the bad news for the last couple of days, fire in London high rise, poor student who is now in a coma and probably what sounds like a permanent vegetative state, the shootings in VA and other horrible news, I'd say someone is trying to wake all of us up and want us to start acting like we are created in the image of God not in the image of Satan and please do not put this on the religion board as most of this is politics. A day after calling for political unity in the wake of Wednesday’s shooting, top House Democrat Nancy Pelosi returned to the partisan scuffle Thursday by suggesting Fox News is responsible for inflaming tensions – and ripping Republicans for “outrageous” comments blaming rhetoric on the left.

Speaking with reporters, Pelosi invoked Fox News as she recalled a man who was jailed years ago for threats against her. “His mother said, `He just watches too much Fox TV.’ That’s what she said,” Pelosi said. She added that the “crude and disgusting” things she hears come “from the outside.”

The House minority leader concluded, “It may be inflamed, I don’t know. This mom said it was Fox News.”

Pelosi was apparently referring to the 2010 case of San Francisco man Gregory Lee Giusti, who was accused of making threatening phone calls to the then-House speaker. Officials said he recited her home address and warned her not to back ObamaCare if she wanted to see her house again.

The fact that Mueller is now looking at obstruction tells me he's done with collusion. He's in the dotting the i's part of the investigation.

Put it in perspective. Even if he finds something, it won't be prosecuted. Even if Trump did everything illegal he could pardon himself. This is an attempt, by the left, to change the hearts and minds of American republican voters. Is it working? I don't think so.

I don't like Rachel Maddow, but nothing she has ever said has made me want to go shoot someone. And if, as you say, she is a huge Trump hater, why didn't he go after Trump instead of congressmen? It is absurd to blame democrats for this guy going off the rails. Pelosi is not one of my favorites either, but I agree with her being offended after a couple of republicans said that the democrats need to tone down their rhetoric, like this caused the shooting. The republicans never stopped their anti-Obama rhetoric for 8 years and no one blamed them for someone going nuts and shooting someone. The blame is with the man who shot the gun - end of story!
