Following European news sources: Merkel and Hollande face a fate

...and Trump is sending all the right signals so far with his picks. I've been pulling for Bolton for Secy of State, but this morning there's a rumor it might be Mitt Romney. If it's either of those, America's stature in the world would be immediately enhanced - and Trump would have once again shown what it means to be an executive.

...and not just by the people he picks, but also those who've been jettisoned.

Pay no attention to the media reports regarding the transition. Having learned nothing from this election, and remaining utterly unrepentant and unashamed about their extremely unprofessional bias, they're all set up to harp on anything and everything Trump does.

...and thank you, Obama, for your leadership with respect to the anti-Trump riots. Thank you, Hillary, who is obviously in massive denial and psychological meltdown.

Picks send signals, and in that regard I'm glad Putin is smarter than the media or most of the American public. Perhaps that's because he has a background in intelligence. While the media love to spin the fairy tale that there's some sort of love affair between Putin and Trump, you can bet that Putin himself is not laboring under any such delusions whatsoever. Ditto, a few other international thugs who will not be happy to see a strong America once again.

We've had 8 years of someone who didn't have a clue how to be an executive, much less the Chief Executive, confusing "leadership" with "dictatorship", and never confusing "negotiation" with anything, because he never knew the meaning of the word.

All the way back to his days as a "community organizer", his set of tools was limited to those of coercion and manipulation. He never accomplished a thing without using one or both. To anyone who cared to look at his background in 2008 - which few in the media did - it wasn't difficult to predict exactly how Obama would conduct (disgrace) himself in the Oval Office.

And that is precisely why his "legacy" will disappear like smoke in a high wind. If you build sand castles, it's useless to curse the tide that inevitably sweeps them away.

Obama exemplifies people we've all known, who were smart but not wise, clever but not savvy, talented but not accomplished, glib but not genuine, slick but not polished. Not made of concrete and steel, but paper mockups that collapse with the first spring rain.

Is it any wonder he refuses to damp down the post-election riots? He has nothing else left with which to salve the stunning repudiation of his term in office. These are the shards of his shattered "legacy", and he'll not be the one to sweep them into the trash!

I predict that President Trump will surprise many with his willingness and ability to build consensus and to strike unexpected alliances even with political foes, and do so without losing sight of his objectives.

I hope we can restore the separation of powers instead of the - unconstitutional agencies that

Obama used to push his agenda when he wasn't using his phone and pen and Executive Orders. 27 states already have lawsuits against these administration agencies.

Trump can easily revoke the EU orders and just not fight the lawsuits.

As I see it, one problem on this board is citing acurate sources. It's really not our fault as informed voters. It's the fault of the media - radio, TV, internet, newspapers, etc. For example, if a poster here wants to discuss "Fast and Furious," the only sources are going to be right-leaning sources (RLS), since the left-leaning sources (LLS) are not covering the story.
