I have since gone to see the chiro that I get work from and he has been treating me with therapy, hydo water chair and the physical therapist has been working with me via exercises and I feel somewhat better. Thought you'd like to know. Thanks anyway, but I don't think it is bursitis, just out of shape. Too much sitting and no exercise.

I didn't think too much of it, since I remember hitting the elbow on a door around that time. However, I now have very significant swelling of the bursa. I researched the condition, and some say the condition will resolve on its own, while others say the treatment of choice is aspiration. I doubt this is septic bursitis, as the area is not red or hot.
