So refreshing and light... I make it in my aquazinger bottle that I found on line and I LOVE IT and drink 4 or 5 a day!

You have to buy the aquazinger bottle - and then

Cut up cucumber and musk melon pieces, throw them in the bottom, twist (to grind out juice) and then fill bottle with water. The fruit stays in the bottom, the juice tips up in the bottle when you drink, it is delicious and cannot live without this bottle now. I put everything in there, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, watermelon, raspberries, just everything.

Then, in the citrus zinger bottle, I use tangerine, lemon, lime, and add 2 stevia leaves from my herb garden to sweeten it, and drink fresh fruit water all day with no calories, no sugar, no fat... all YUM!

Go to zing anything dot com. Saw it on the news one day, both both bottles, and have to tell everyone about them as I dont know how I lived without it this far!!

40 hours at minimum wage just doesn't cut it so I work at a grocery store lugging 40 pound boxes of apples for 20 hours a week as well. Need stimulants!

They are a staple - like eggs and milk - on my grocery list. I never bake them into biscuits, I just eat the raw dough.
