I hate the "canned" Happy ....... to all the ..... out there that I see. Today it is happy mother's day to all the mom's. Lazy!! Now if someone said it to me personally, Happy Mother's Day my name, then I would say thank you!

I personally think it's nice that someone puts up a Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers. Since we don't know everyone's name, and I'm certainly not going to write over 100 individual messages that say HMD Ann, HMP Agnes, HMP Barbara, hoping that maybe I'll guess a name correctly. That's not lazy. I didn't write any happy mothers day wish here, but I do wish all the mother's a wonderful day and hope it's special for all of them.

Here's a secret...if you had posted your name, I'm sure we would have said HMD with your name after it.

I don't understand why someone doesn't like to hear HMD unless their name it mentioned??? That just doesn't make sense.

My suggestion to you then would be to walk around with a MY NAME IS sticker on so people who have no clue who you are but still took the time to be thoughtful and say Happy Mother's Day to you could use your first name instead of being chastised by someone with ridiculous impossible expectations. Oh and Happy Mother's Day to all y'all out there!!
