Side Dish to go with Tacos

I'm making sloppy joes for supper - got my family coming for a quick meal with young kids - anyone have an idea for things to eat with it? It's cold - so cold veggies doesn't sound very good right now - trying to avoid potatoes, pasta, and, of course, no chips, etc. Anyone have an idea?
