Hi Everyone,
I purchased one of those green-colored non-stick pans. I seasoned it according to directions and used it as directed. All was WONDERFUL for a few months, until recently. Lately, things are "sticking" that don't come off easily. I do not and have never used that non-stick spray stuff. I have only used a touch of butter or olive oil for cooking.
When I first got it, I would just let everything cool, then scrape it off easily, or perhaps use just a bit of soap and water, maybe some elbow grease. Now, things are sticking that I can only get off with scraping with an object. I don't use metal to do that---more like just my fingernails. So, what happened? Mind you, these spots are not burned on and you can hardly see them, but one can definitely feel them, so I know they're there.
Does anyone know what happened? Do I need to re-season? If so, what are those directions?
