Just not her. I like Jon and would like to see him interviewed. I've tried to watch her, but she's so out of it that having a root canal would be better.

The conversation was basically about the divisiveness - amplified by cable "news"

Very similar to the point that someone on this board was trying to make a while ago--that it is no longer about issues that affect everyone, but about "sides" taken to "win". (and the fake news that creates and amplifies nonissues). But, no one wins with the personal attacks, etc. I was disappointed with Stewart being ill, but also I am concerned that his ego may be getting him into a condescending place. Much like what has happened to Oprah and other celebrities who have hit the top of their game.

At one point Stewart says Fox is not partisan, but ideological. Can anyone explain this to me? I don't understand what he means (yes, seriously)

For those of you who watched Rachel Maddow last night when she was slamming the Repbulican governors about their budget cuts, she mentioned the governor of Michigan wanted to "raise taxes on seniors" or something like that. Uh, she failed to mention that 90% to 95% of seniors pay zero tax. Isn't that important to mention?! Here's a very short explanation about how my state taxes seniors.
