Do you think she is going to take a plea, dissatisified with lawyer, what?

my theory - jbmt

I think she's too delusional and thinks she is going to walk, so I'd be shocked if she took a plea. I'm going with the defense team shake-up theory. How about you?

Something is going on for sure! - Anon

With the defense and prosecution in a room before trial started today, one of the reporters said he heard Cheney Mason yelling, saw Casey crying, and Ashton was supposedly getting someone's deposition. Judge Berry also took the court stenographer with him to the jury room.

It's going to be an interesting Monday!

Ex-defense team member theory. . - No plea. No defense team shakeup

[ In Reply To ..]
Linda Kenney Baden said it could be either the prosecution or defense team doing something against court orders in her opinion. She said if there was a plea, there would be record of Jose Baez visiting Casey last night. She also said she didn't think prosecution would offer a plea because they think their case is strong. She said court was scheduled to go on as usual with several defense witnesses there that morning so that would signal no plea deal.

Maybe Judge Perry was fed up with the game playing of the lawyers which he had warned them about before and needed to further investigate accusations.

Another analyst wondered about jury misconduct that would stop proceedings so suddenly.

What I did learn when listening to analysts on HTN is if the prosecution team did something wrong, Casey could walk. If the defense team did something wrong it would be a mistrial and they would start over.

I am praying Casey doesn't walk on a technicality.

I have seen plenty that the defense team did ... - alias

incorrectly, but what has the prosecution done, except demand that the defense team follow the rules, as well? I don't think this "shake up" is as big as the media is trying to make it out to be. Could be something very simple. I heard that Monday was a government holiday, so court would not proceed until Tuesday, but I only heard that once, so not sure.

At the end of court Friday, defense was complaining - about not having complete phone call log

[ In Reply To ..]
regarding Roy Kronk or maybe it was Yuri Melich. I don't know for sure but it was a subject the analysts were discussing.

No one on TV thought it was simple to call off court on Saturday which was scheduled for a full day because it was unlike Judge Perry to detain the case because of his concern for the jurists being sequestered.

Guess we will find out Monday.
it was Kronk's phone records - Floridian
[ In Reply To ..]
Which they realized they had not received. They found this out seemingly inadvertently during Melich's direct or cross when asked about phone records.

Re Perry's concern for the jurors. Maybe he arranged for a lock-down Disney trip or a trip to Donut World or maybe an extra 10 mins for their "Special" recesses."

I completely agree jury should be treated well and fairly, but they were all given the opportunity to state if sequestration would be a hardship, so I really think the focus should be regarding fairness to the victim and the defendant, who is legally innoent until proven guilty.

Do You Trust The Supreme CourtMar 26, 2012
Before the decision even comes down from the Supreme Court on Obama's health care law I have to admit I have no confidence in them. It's all political.
