In my view, it's better to pray angrily than not pray at all. We're all works in progress - God knows our human nature very well. If you are angry, do not deny that when you are praying, otherwise your prayers will not ring true. Lift up your heart to God, even if that heart is feeling angry, jealous or resentful at the time. Ask for healing for yourself and for those who incited those emotions in you. It doesn't candy coat anything, but it is what real spiritual work is about, what Jesus told us to do - forgive others as we ask to be forgiven.
