Have been nothing but respectful. All of the hateful, nasty rhetoric is coming from the right, per usual. I am a registered Independent, and I can attest that most Democrats and most true Republicans despise what the MAGA Republicans have done to the political discourse, with their constant slurs and name calling.

Trump did not deserve what happened to him, but he very clearly has stoked this hate that caused it.
